Being right in the historical centre of Verona, Residenza San Faustino allows its welcomed guests to reach many monuments, modern art galleries, theatres and the most important shops of the city on foot.

The old city of Verona opens the suggestive Arena Roman amphitheatre to its visitors from June until September which is famous for its opera season. Also the Roman Theatre that faces onto the banks of the Adige is open and offers many performances of prose works, dance and music. There are numerous pre-Roman and Roman churches (the magnificent Cattedrale di San Zeno is a prime example) and Renaissance churches, the beautiful Piazza delle Erbe, the citizen's meeting place with its numerous cafés, the historical balcone di Giulietta, the Shakespearian heroine and the symbol of the city.

Only ten minutes journey by car to the industrial zone is the Fiera di Verona, one of the most important exhibition centre of Northern Italy that hosts dozens of prestigious exhibitions such as Vinitaly, Abitare il Tempo, Fieracavalli, ArtVerona.

Just a few kilometres away from Verona is Lago di Garda, a greatly loved tourist destination because of the suggestive towns situated on its banks.

Both adults and children can enjoy themselves at the fun park Gardaland, the aquapark Caneva and the zoo safari park Parco Natura Viva that are worthy of at least 1 day visit each.

Parking

Parking is free in the blue parking bays utilizing the pass supplied by the Residenza San Faustino, if it is available at the time of arrival.

If not, it is possible to park in the blue parking bays at a cost of 1 Euro for 12 hours a day or park in a nearby covered carpark on payment.
